Weekly Reading for August 24th, 2015

Aries—This week you would rather be at home than at work. In fact, no one should mention teamwork right now, because having to be around other people is the last thing you want to do! You’d rather telecommute, sitting on your couch surrounded by your pets while watching shows on Netflix. If you do have to put in hours at the office, try to stay out of the drama. Remember to stay calm, Aries, and centered. If there is an air-sign around you (Gemini, Libra, Aquarius) who likes to order others around, take the less traveled route, i.e., avoid them as much as possible! The friction isn’t worth it, and might even zap your precious energy. Tulip, ring setting, facet—Foundations, security.

Taurus—If you are a little bit under the weather, Taurus, consider putting off a few of the daily duties you have on your extensive ‘to do’ list. We all need a break from time-to-time, and this week looks to be one of those times. You are a nurturer, and let’s admit it, you take on way too much without accepting anything in return. If you can, ask for help. Sometimes, you have to stop gripping so tight to what’s right and what should be, and just allow a little chaos to set in. I know, breathe. The thing is, your health is more important than a ‘to do’ list, and you know it. Chillax, Taurus, chillax. Also, use your intuition when it comes to a fire-sign male (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius). You know in your gut when something’s off. Trust your inner knowledge and physical clues. Vice—Stress, pressure, mockery.
 

Gemini—You are feeling overwhelmed and need some rest. Your senses are on high alert, but don’t let yourself become too overburdened by life. I am sensing a heavy workload, family issues, negative energies, and you’re like a sponge, taking all that toxicity in. Do whatever you can to find peace, even if it means enforcing small increments of solitude for yourself. Any actions you feel must be dealt with in business, family, or love relationships can and will be taken care of later on. Globe—Power, completion, objectivity.

Cancer—If you came upon the sprout of a tree coming out of the dirt, would you put a rock on it to stop it from growing? You are in a new phase, Cancer, and someone would like you to stay in the ground. They are the rock, and you are the sprout. How does that make you feel?  Of course, any plant has the ability and stick-to-itiveness to grow up and around any barrier put in its place, but eventually, the rock’s gotta go. What, and who, represents the rock in your life? You need to contemplate what needs to happen next, and what exactly you’re willing to sacrifice to make it happen. Stop being held down by fear. Allowing stillness might bring a message from the Universe. Fern leaf—protection, health.

Leo—Don’t be tricked by offers of love. If it didn’t work before, it most likely still won’t. I see heartbreak in your future, but with every ending comes a new beginning. Are you on guard against moving forward? Ask yourself if it’s better to remain in the painful situation you’re dealing with now, or to move forward into something new, but better. Something amazing is waiting for you, but you must believe in your inner strength to move on. You can do it, Leo! Rock wall—Eliminating trouble, good verses evil.

Virgo—You may not be feeling it at work this week, and would rather be alone. If it’s a health thing, do take the time to nurture yourself until things go back to normal again. Nothing wrong with taking some time off, even if it’s for personal reasons. Everyone needs a break, even you, Virgo! And while this may not be a great week for moneymaking, it is excellent for personal growth. Your intuition maybe be talking to you, sending out messages to clarify a confusing situation currently present in your love life. So much fighting. Wouldn’t it be nice to not have to carry that emotional load around anymore? Let all that toxic negativity go and just feel how much lighter your body and spirit become. Triangle—emotional state, quarrels, unfaithfulness, Holy Trinity, wisdom.

Libra—You are at a point this week where you are looking back and taking stock of all the good things in your life. Through hard work and effort you have created something to be truly proud of. Yet there is someone around you who like to squash that happy feeling with a not-so-positive denial of your efforts. They won’t let you enjoy the harvest even though they themselves have been undermining your efforts the entire time. You know it isn’t fair, and are willing to put up a fight to defend what you know is right. You have every reason to stay positive, and should be proud of the beautiful life you’ve worked so hard to create. Celebrate how spectacular you are, Libra. Arch—persistent effort, feminine energy, fresh start.

Scorpio—There’s something you are fiercely protective of. A person, a secret. You’re willing to do anything to keep it your way and not have things change at all. Or, maybe this is someone else is holding information from you. Are people gossiping about you, Scorpio, and causing trouble that you just don’t need? The suggestion is to ignore them, though it may feel at times like doing so leaves you feeling blindfolded and led into murky water. Have the confidence that you will make the right choice regardless of others’ opinions, and know that no one can stop you from living your life the way you feel is correct. Take pride in who you are. Think about the generations before you who worked and built up the family name. You’re part of that! It lives within you, and you carry on that name with grace and beauty. And you never, ever have to lower yourself to the false image other people carry of you. True friends build you up and remind you of how wonderful you are. Sagittarius—Your finances are down, and so are you. When the finer things in life dry up, you sometimes feel as if life ain’t worth living! But that’s not true. Don’t fight the ebb and flow that comes with the human experience. Financial gain and loss will always be part of the process. Though this temporary lock on funds may have you wishing for a respite, don’t give up all hope. Either you, or a fire-sign woman in your life (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius) will come to you with cup overflowing. A past relationship may still be on your peripheral, though, but that’s history so why are you still fighting with him or her, Sag? Happiness is within your reach.  Also, take the time to create new rituals in your life which will bring about peace. Grindstone—energy, directed efforts.

Capricorn—It’s important to not take everyone at face value this week. If you are feeling low and need to confide in a friend, it might be important not to divulge too much of your personal information, especially on social media or private sources such as emails, etc. Sadly, those secrets might not be as safe as you think! You are your best confidant right now—consider journaling or getting out your frustrations via long walks. You have more wisdom than you think and can solve most of your problems with the knowledge you’ve gained over these last few months. Your home life is a bit tense right now, and some kind of message, enlightenment is about to be revealed. In the meantime, stay positive and know all will turn out in your highest interest. Aquarius—An opportunity for justice is coming, although a dominant male in your life may try to block and twist evidence to his liking. He believes his brand of truth is the only kind, but that’s not acceptable. Truth, real truth, is the reality all parties have experienced, and truth overrides arrogance and dominance. Pisces—The time has come to relinquish control of situations and people in your life. You can no longer cling to old doctrines of ownership. We do not own people, Pisces. They are not possessions. Let them go. You have been holding so tight, and trying to manipulate the situation to your advantage, and it’s just not going to work anymore. Any victory you wish for will not happen until you let go. The same goes for addictions. If you are chained to unhealthy habits, eating, relationships, or the usual alcohol and drugs, please know that things will not change until YOU change. If you are in a three-person relationship, it’s time to own up to the truth. The fact is, the other person knows, and they’re waiting for you to do the right thing and admit to it. You are asked to take a look inside yourself and assess thing clearly. You can no longer win by dishonest means. Aries—Think back to the religion of your childhood and find what resonated with you the most. The ideals which held you down and stunted your spiritual development can fall to the wayside, but those which helped you understand the workings of the universe, and your place in it, now call out to you. It’s time to see clearly. Take deep breaths, cleanse your mind. Do not be clouded by the things you have, but that which makes you truly happy. Be concise and clear with yourself, and take action against any unhealthy habits or relationships. By the week’s end, you will be in a better position emotionally. Taurus—This may be a slow week, yet a perfect time to think about balancing your finances. Your hard work is about to pay off, but it’s always smart to have a plan. Stay balanced with your emotions and make healthy choices in the foods you eat, this will raise your energy. Be aware of someone around you doing dirty deeds. They think they won’t get caught. Virgo—This is a week of contemplation, not a time to rush into anything. You’re conflicted because part of you is filled with a fiery energy, and the other wants peace and balance. Go with balance. Find a quiet spot in your home and meditation upon your accomplishments, your joys, your hopes for the future. Then trust that these things will come to fruition. Sometimes it’s not what we do that brings wanted change, it’s how to envision it. Time may feel as if it’s moving slow, but all good things . . . Libra—Life has its ups and downs, we all know that. This week may be a little tough to handle, but you can get through it, Libra. There may be an issue at home where you feel it’s highly important to take action and no one around you seems to understand. Follow your gut, but also know that it’s not always possible to control every thing and every one. I do see some deception around with a water-sign (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces) but don’t let it affect you so much that all your energy is drained. It’s something you’ve dealt with before, and you know how to handle it. Life is very much like an ocean, the tide comes in and the tide goes out. Instead of chasing after the tide, let it be. Scorpio—This week will be like a baptism from all past hurts and wrongdoings. You will release that which you no longer need and step forward into a new mindset. If it’s weighing you down, emotionally or physical, let it go. You are asked to be like a child again—not to act like a child and make foolish decisions., but to carry that joyful exuberance you once had before life became dull and complicated. It will be as if the sun is shining directly on you, healing you form the inside out. And once you feel it, keep it. There is victory and happiness ahead. Cliff—making decisions, feeling trapped.

Sagittarius—This is a week of choosing positive over negative. Instead of letting stress get the best of you, allow yourself to believe that good things are in process. An angel is on your shoulder guiding you toward a deeper love and a happier home life. Trust that it is possible. If you feel there is a decision to be made, take the option that you know is right—not that makes YOU right, but is right for everyone’s highest purpose. You’ll be happier in the need, and that kind of joy brings even more blessings. Bubble, spiral—Protection, childhood memories; slow continuous progress.

Capricorn—You start things off on a feeling down, but things get better. Currently you are battling whether or not to let your guard down in a partnership. Should you trust them or do you walk away? Unfortunately, there does seem to be a third party and someone with a nasty, aggressive attitude. It would appear to be wise to keep that guard up! As far as making a decision, the time has come to do so. Keep it fair and balanced, but in the end you must do what is right for you. If someone is treating you unfairly and acting selfish, it’s pretty clear it can’t go on any longer. Once you make the decision, the sun comes in to guide the way. Iceberg—

Aquarius—You have done all you can in this relationship. The other party, a domineering water-sign male (Pisces, Scorpio, Pisces), is not loyal to you and may have another person on the side. It is time to speak your truth. Let go of the past and move forward. You know what is right, and what you must do. Trust that all will turn out okay. The things which you have worked so hard on in the past, will soon come to harvest. And it can never be said enough: you are stronger than you think. A completion has occurred and now you must move on. The universe has brighter and better plans to delete the old ones that only served to make you feel miserable and trapped. You did things the right way, and the rewards are soon to come. White angel—frozen in action, fear, needing to thaw, soften feelings or opinions.

Pisces—There is a decision you must make, but you are ignoring the signs that anything is wrong. You have been known, Pisces, to live in a fantasy world rather than real life, but the time has come to put your feet on the ground and see clearly. Let go of what you believe to be the perfect life, and accept that things are no longer as they should be, Be honest with yourself and with others. Don’t be stubborn about your position. If you’ve done something wrong, or if the other person has, you need to face it head on. The likelihood of this situation fixing itself is unlikely. You must do the work. Use your intuitive gift to see all factors and which step to take next. And if you need to seek advice from a trusted friend, do so. Slope—fear of failure, fear of being exposed, trust.

New Moon in Leo

I am so sorry about not posting readings this week. Things have been hectic, but in a good way! Hopefully, it's been a pleasant week for everyone. This Friday is the New Moon in Leo, and we are also in Venus Retrograde, a great time to concentrate of what you'd like to release in your life, and bring in. Let go of any negativity, and stay positive! Believe in yourself, manifest what you want and stop thinking about the things you fear or which hold you down. This is not the time to stay stuck in old patterns. Think new, new, new.

With Venus in Retrograde you really have to watch out for past relationships coming back into the picture. Just remember, if it didn't work the first time . . .  well, you can guess what a second outcome will be. But it could be a beautiful time for NEW love. And, of course, it's always a good thing to love yourself.

Weekly reading for all signs August 3-10th, 2015

This week is all about messages, secrets being revealed, and taking responsibility.

Aries—Even when you felt you were hanging on a last thread of hope, you still believed things would go your way. And they will, Aries. It’s been a real struggle, and there have been times when you weren’t sure if you would turn out the victor or the loser, but you will come out ahead. The Universe is lending a helping hand, so have faith. This week a message you've been waiting for is on the way about a secret injustice. In the meantime, have fun and take care of yourself. Snake—Snake in the grass, healing, transformation.

Taurus—Someone will try to stab you in the back this week, Taurus, so be on the lookout. But is this something you’re not aware of already? Emotionally you’ve already walked away from this situation, though the person involved, a water-sign (Caner, Scorpio, Pisces), would rather you stay chained; chained to their lies, their addictions, their negativity. But you know better than that. Keep moving ahead. There is a message coming, and a truth will be revealed. Remember that beyond the darkness comes light. So, if you feel you are in the darkest hour, beautiful things are right behind. See the silver lining! You will come out on top. Bat—Take notice of your dreams, things happening at night under your nose, needing to socialize more, needing independence, going within to find enlightenment.

Gemini—Someone has squandered too much money on a celebratory lifestyle. It could be you, or a water-sign in your life. It’s time to rein it in and find enjoyment in the simpler things. Cancer—Someone may offer a message of love this week, but if I were you, I’d consider the source. Have past offers been trustworthy? Do they follow through on all their grand and illustrious promises? Or, dear Cancer, are you the one always left paying the emotional bill? I sense foolishness afoot. Just be on guard, and don’t take anyone’s word at base level. You have the gift of intuition, so use it. Uncover that which lies beneath the surface of truth, and hold the information close to your chest. If not, you may end up with a sword in your back. Leo—This is a good week for planning. See the past for what it is, a memory, and try to make solid changes which will benefit you in the future. Balance your money, your emotions, your time, and your affairs. Let go of old attachments, or habits, which were unhealthy. An angel is on your shoulder guiding you to brighter days and happier times. With every small yet positive step, you are on the way to independence and the life you were always meant to live. Virgo—You see the forest for the trees now, and are ready to move ahead. No more being pushed aside, it’s time to feel centered and fulfilled. Stop telling yourself that you deserve only what you can get, because you deserve much more than that. Libra—Do not let people get by with bad behavior, especially when it affects your job. Stay strong and hold onto your morals when it comes to gossip. If you hear it, don’t join in. The best thing for you this week is to stay true to your beliefs and know that eventually the tide will turn in your favor. One thing about not being a part of gossip: you hear all sides, and being the sign of justice, this could be a great benefit to you. Stay positive and grounded. Scorpio—You are ready to move on from a relationship that has left you feeling out of sorts. An earth sign (Taurus, Virgo, Scorpio) and a water sign (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces) are battling it out. There’s a lack of trust and a feeling of not getting what is deserved. Of course, it could go both ways. If you were honest, and did the right thing, the Universe will see to it that you get your just rewards. If you acted with dishonesty and manipulation, then expect to receive this in return. Capricorn—Things are looking up for you this week. You’re either thinking about renovating, building, or possibly moving into a new home. Aquarius—It is time to release the past and move on. Things that might once have seemed perfect, may really turn out to be flawed upon closer inspection. But you have to speak the truth and stand by what you know is right. Life can change fast, but you must have faith. It’s time to evaluate and make a decision. Pisces—You are on guard against change. But even if it appears to be negative, the fact is the only thing bad about change is no change at all. It does appear a broken heart is on the horizon, yours and another person’s, but at this point the split is inevitable. You or someone else cheated and made foolish decisions. This is the time to ask yourself what you did to contribute to the problem. Did you make the right choices? Did you act with truth and valor? We do harvest what we sow eventually. This is the time to harvest the past. Sometimes our greatest gift is the lessons we learn, and the willingness and wisdom we cultivate in what we can do differently moving forwards. Cancer—Even if there’s a brash person charging at you, forcing you to listen to what they have to say, stay balanced. Enjoy the outdoors, do some gardening. Leo—This could go two ways: either you or someone around you is on guard against gossip and backstabbing. There might even be spying involved, which is such bad karma. Libra—You are guarded against someone’s past negative actions. Aries—This would be a good time to look at how you spend your money. You are called to seek balance and see the truth in your situation. If you are in a partnership, there could be heartache around the corner, but this could also relate to business partnerships. Perhaps you trusted someone too much, or vice-verse. Again, it comes down to money, and freedom. How do you allow money to control your life, Aries? In a good way, or a bad way? Something new is coming in with creativity. If you are a writer, artist, or musician, go that route. There’s strength in it. 

Taurus—There is a relationship you need to move on from, and you may need outside counsel to improve or side step the negativity of others. The best thing to do is meditate on what your next action will be, and speak your truth. You have the ability to manifest great things in your work. Trust in your intuition—it leads you well.

Gemini—It’s time for you to see the truth in a partnership, whether love or business. Someone who lives life to the excess, who lies and depletes your strength, should be cut free. You know this, yet ignore the clear signals. Gemini, you have the ability to set things right, and say what must be said. Leo—There will be some kind of upset at work this week, but you will quickly get over it with a good attitude and faith in a positive outcome. Virgo—It’s time to look back at any past mistakes, not to judge yourself, but to see what served your highest good and what did not. If you have any addictions that leave you feeling more chained that free, time to let them go. Who controls who? What more are you willing to give to feed that addiction? In other words, are you willing to sacrifice more of yourself to something that never gave you a feeling of well being or happiness in the first place? Libra—There is an opportunity in your life that you’re not sure about currently. Emotionally, you’re ready to move on from this work or family struggle, however, allowing things to remain the way they are isn’t a good idea. Face up to them. You want a victory at work, but it’s slow to appear. There might be a fire-sign male in your life (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius) with their own, not so justified, agenda. Keep an eye out for them, and also, don’t let anyone ruin your dreams of maintaining a happy home. If something must be said, then say it. The sooner you do, the quicker you’ll go back to normal.

Scorpio—Deception in love. Deception in the home. Scorpio, either you or someone else is busy sneaking around and acting the fool. There is a lack of support in a partnership, and an uneven distribution of power. Could there be a fire-sign woman involved? Whatever the case, it’s time to end the cycle and make a choice. The truth must emerge. Make responsible decisions for yourself, and the other people involved.

Sagittarius—You’re willing to make an offer to someone in the hopes that all will go back to status quo, but perhaps you asserted your power far too much for that to actually happen. Or someone is asserting their power over you. You can’t make people do what you want, or manipulate their feelings. Things are way out of balance. Someone’s up, then someone’s down. For all the bad, there’s also a great deal of good about to come into your life. Trust in that. Aquarius—It’s time to step back and assess the situation. Someone’s angry and they want answers. They rush in, then they rush out leaving confusion and chaos. No one likes a party crasher, especially a life crasher. Keep an eye out, but do everything you can to side-step their egoistic behavior. And, vice-verse, don’t let them fool you. It goes both ways. Remember to get your work done and seek victory in the joy of the craft, not the recognition or financial benefits.
